The 16-year-old high school student in North Carolina who went viral for being the lone participant during a school walkout last month was joined by dozens of his classmates during the second protest on Friday.

Justin Blackman was the only student who walked out of class on March 14, one month after the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in Parkland, Fla.

On Friday, when students walked out of school to protest gun violence and mark the 19th anniversary of the Columbine High School shooting, Blackman had company.

Blackman shared a video of dozens of students out on the lawn where he once stood alone.

“It’s not just me this time,” he said.

When Blackman walked out alone, he posted a video on Twitter predicting “like six people” would hopefully watch it. But the post went viral and had more than 6 million views.

Students across the country walked out of classes on Friday to protest gun violence.

A crowd gathered outside of the White House in Washington, D.C., to hold 19 minutes of silence to honor the anniversary of the 1999 massacre.
