Late night host Jimmy Kimmel jabbed President Trump on Wednesday, saying it’s impressive how much he lies in light of how little he works.
“He’s averaging 5.6 false claims a day, which is impressive considering the fact he’s only working 2.6 hours a day,” Kimmel said on the Wednesday episode of ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”
Kimmel’s comments came after The Washington Post reported earlier Wednesday that Trump had surpassed 2,000 false or misleading statements since taking office last year, averaging more than 5.6 claims per day.

Also, in recent days, media reports have indicated that Trump’s daily schedule has been shrinking, with more “Executive Time” spent in the White House residence.
The White House has pushed back on those reports, saying that the president remains busy even while he’s in the residence.
“The time in the morning is a mix of residence time and Oval Office time but he always has calls with staff, Hill members, cabinet members and foreign leaders during this time,” White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told Axios.
“The President is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen and puts in long hours and long days nearly every day of the week all year long,” she added. “It has been noted by reporters many times that they wish he would slow down because they sometimes have trouble keeping up with him.”
