Former Belgian ambassador to U.S. killed in attacks
A former Belgian ambassador to the United States and his wife were among those killed in the terror attacks in Brussels this week, according to ABC News.
{mosads}The Belgian Foreign Ministry confirmed Friday that Andre Adam, a diplomat to the U.S. during the Clinton administration, was killed during the attack on the Brussels airport.
Adams also served as Belgium’s ambassador to the United Nations.
The attacks in Brussels killed 31 people on Tuesday when suicide bombers struck the airport and a subway station.
Authorities say that just nine of the victims have been identified, including two Americans.
