Republican Rep. Charlie Dent (Pa.) said that healthcare may not be in President Trump’s “wheelhouse” Wednesday.
“Well, I get the sense that this issue is maybe not the president’s wheelhouse — healthcare,” Dent said on MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports.”
Dent voted against the House’s GOP bill to repeal and replace ObamaCare.
{mosads}Trump lashed out on Twitter Wednesday over a report from The New York Times that suggested he wasn’t very familiar with the healthcare bill.
“Some of the Fake News Media likes to say that I am not totally engaged in healthcare. Wrong, I know the subject well & want victory for U.S.” he tweeted.
