The arrest and criminal complaint filed against Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich (D) draws scrutiny on both the left and the right today, while bloggers on both sides contemplate what the Republican wins in races since Election Day mean for the GOP.
Blagojevich may be innocent until proven guilty, but will have an awfully hard time explaining away all the quotes in the complaint from wiretaps, E.M. Zanotti writes at American Princess, noting that at least other corrupt Chicago politicians were more competent than this one.
