Apple CEO meets with Indian prime minister
Apple CEO Tim Cook is launching a charm offensive in India in hopes of expanding the company into the Indian market, meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi Saturday, according to the Associated Press.
{mosads}Cook and Modi discussed the CEO’s plans for manufacturing and selling Apple products in the country.
Apple only has a 2 percent share of the smartphone market in India, one of the world’s fastest-growing smartphone markets.
