President Trump on Monday tweeted out a video produced by Arlington National Cemetery to commemorate Memorial Day.
“We remember on this day our beloved sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, spouses, friends and neighbors,” text reads as the video displays images of the cemetery’s grave markers. “Patriots who served.”
“Join us this Memorial Day as we honor them,” it concludes.

He and first lady Melania Trump placed flags at headstones in Section 34, the resting place of Army Gen. John Pershing and Army Cpl. Frank Buckles, who was the oldest surviving World War 1 veteran.
Trump is expected to attend a Memorial Day event with U.S. troops later Monday at Yokosuka Naval Base.
