Sen. Reed cruises to reelection in Rhode Island
Democratic Sen. Jack Reed easily won reelection in Rhode Island Tuesday night over Republican challenger Mark Zaccaria, according to projections.
{mosads}Zaccaria posed little threat to Reed in the deep-blue state.
Reed, a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, will become chairman if Democrats hold the Senate.
