In her closing argument to voters on the eve of the presidential election, Hillary Clinton paints a hopeful future for the U.S. if she is elected.
{mosads}In “Tomorrow,” Clinton briefly contrasts her campaign with that of Republican nominee Donald Trump’s but spends the majority of the two-minute closing message ad reminding voters what she can do for the country.
“It’s not just my name and my opponent’s name on the ballot. It’s the kind of country we want for our children and grandchildren,” Clinton, the Democratic nominee, said, sitting behind a table and speaking to the camera.
“Is America dark and divisive, or hopeful and inclusive? Our core values are being tested in this election, but everywhere I go, people are refusing to be defined by fear and division.”
The ad will air Monday night before an estimated 20 million people during the shows with largest audiences available — “The Voice” on NBC and “Kevin Can Wait” on CBS.
Clinton goes on to describe a hopeful future for the U.S. under her administration, saying “our best days are still ahead of us if we reach for them together.”
“I want to be president for all Americans, not just those that supported me in this election. For everyone, because we all have a role to play in building a stronger, fairer America.
“I will work my heart our as president to make life better for you and your family. We won’t always get it right, but you can count on this: I never quit, and I never will.”
