Trump: I ‘dream’ of fighting Biden

Donald Trump on Saturday said that he would be open to fighting Vice President Biden, who he said “challenged” him.

During a rally in Wilmington, N.C., Trump referenced Biden’s comments about wanting to take him “behind the gym” if the two were in high school.

{mosads}“I dream of that,” Trump said to cheers from the crowd.

Trump said that Biden’s remarks amounted to a challenge, and complained that the media treated the vice president much softer over the comment than the businessman would be treated if he made it.

“They thought it was so cute. ‘Oh wasn’t it wonderful what our vice president said?'” Trump said. “If I ever said that: ‘Oh he’s a bully. He’s a horrible person. He challenged our vice president to a fight. Can you imagine what a bully he is?’”

The rally was Trump’s second of the day and he was joined by his wife Melania, who introduced him, rallying his supporters to get out and vote.

“We need a president who will keep us safe,” she said. “We need a president who will secure the border. We need a president who will break up the corruption and collusion in the government.”

Speaking in front of his private plane on an airport tarmac, Trump also lashed out at President Obama for spending so much time campaigning for Hillary Clinton, noting that taxpayers are footing the bill for Air Force One.

“He should not be campaigning for Hillary Clinton,” Trump said. “He should be in the Oval Office working on jobs, working on building up our military, working on good trade deals.”
