Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-Fla.) said Tuesday that she will write in Jeb Bush’s name when voting for president in November, according to ABC News.
{mosads}”I think I’ll write in the name Jeb Bush,” she told the Miami Herald editorial board. “A candidate should espouse optimism.”
Ros-Lehtinen had endorsed the former Florida governor’s primary campaign before he dropped out of the race in February.
She has also been a critic of her party’s nominee, Donald Trump.
This week, two other Republican House members said they would be voting for candidates other than the GOP nominee.
Retiring Rep. Richard Hanna (N.Y.) threw his support behind Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, while Rep. Scott Rigell (Va.) said he would back Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson.
