Trump will hold post-Brexit vote press conference in Scotland

{mosads}On Friday, Trump will hold a press conference at 10 a.m., followed by a photo opportunity at Turnberry Lighthouse at 11:30 a.m.
Trump will have a ceremonial ribbon cutting at 11 a.m. to celebrate the opening of the newly renovated Trump Turnberry Resort.
The day before, Great Britain will vote on whether it wants to leave the European Union, a referendum Trump has expressed support for.
“I would personally be more inclined to leave, for a lot of reasons like having a lot less bureaucracy,” Trump said, according to Newsweek.
“But I am not a British citizen. This is just my opinion.”

Observers have noted that Great Britain successfully leaving the European Union could be a trigger for Scotland to try once more to be an independent country and separate from the United Kingdom.
That measure failed in 2014 when the majority of Scottish voters voted against independence in a national referendum.
