South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley said she is not interested in running on a ticket with presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump, but said she will support him, according to Reuters.
{mosads}Haley’s name has been floated as a potential vice presidential pick in recent days, though she expressed no interest in the position.
The Republican governor initially endorsed Florida Sen. Marco Rubio in the race for the presidential nomination, and then Ted Cruz when Rubio dropped out.
Haley’s remarks came one day after Trump became the GOP’s presumptive nominee, with rivals Cruz and John Kasich suspending their campaigns following losses in Tuesday’s Indiana primary.
Trump said Wednesday he plans to announce his running mate in July, before the Republican National Convention.
