Perry returning to New Hampshire
Outgoing Texas Gov. Rick Perry (R) is heading back to New Hampshire in February, part of a ramped-up travel schedule to early primary states after he leaves office.
{mosads}Perry will be in the Granite State for a number of events Feb. 11-12, according to NH1. He last visited the state in November.
He’s also slated to be in Iowa for a few days later this month, just days after he finishes a 14-year tenure as Texas governor.
Perry’s advisers are eager to use his newfound free time to hit the early primary states hard as he inches toward another potential presidential campaign.
