Santorum calls Limbaugh’s ‘slut’ comments ‘absurd’
{mosads}Earlier, President Obama called Fluke and told her that Limbaugh had made “inappropriate personal attacks.” The president of Georgetown also issued a statement to the institution on Friday denouncing incivility in discussing the contraceptive rule, which requires insurers — including some religious institutions — to cover the cost of birth control.
Democrats have jumped on the comments and tried to tie them to Republican lawmakers, who have begun distancing themselves from Limbaugh’s remarks.
