Clinton notches win in Pennsylvania

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is projected to win the Pennsylvania primary, by far the largest prize of Tuesday’s contests.
 
Clinton held a double-digit polling lead in nearly all Keystone State polls in recent months.
 
{mosads}She will win the majority of the 189 pledged delegates awarded in the state, helping increase her lead over Bernie Sanders and moving her toward the 2,383 delegates needed to clinch the nomination.
 
Clinton entered the day with 1,428 pledged delegates, to Sanders’s 1,153.
 
Voters are also casting ballots in Rhode Island, Maryland, Connecticut and Delaware on Tuesday. Clinton favored to take a majority of the delegates up for grabs on the day.
