Boehner challenger pitches solution to ‘electile dysfunction’

High school teacher J.D. Winteregg, a Tea Party-backed candidate challenging House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio), is pitching himself as the solution to “electile dysfunction” in a new Web video.

{mosads}The video parodies commercials for drugs used to treat erectile dysfunction, showing clips of couples on dates and drinking out of Winteregg-branded mugs.

“Sometimes when a politician has been in D.C. for too long, it goes to his head, and he just can’t seem to get the job done,” a narrator says over a shot of Boehner shaking hands with President Obama.

“Used on a daily basis, Winteregg in Congress will help you every time the moment is right — to have your voice heard at the federal level,” the narrator adds. “When using Winteregg, it’s important to note that the borders will be secured, Second Amendment rights protected, ObamaCare and Planned Parenthood will be defunded, and common sense will be used in solving the nation’s problems.”

The narrator says that signs of electile dysfunction include “extreme skin discoloration,” a reference to Boehner’s infamous tanned skin, “the inability to punch oneself out of a wet paper bag, or maintain a spine in the face of liberal opposition.”

the narrator warns: “If you have a Boehner lasting more than 23 years, seek immediate medical attention.”

Tea Party Leadership Fund has backed Winteregg in the race, which includes two other conservative challengers. Boehner is favored to win reelection this cycle.
