I am a national political reporter at The Hill based in Washington, focused on presidential and down ballot campaigns. In addition to covering national politics, I also host "What's America Thinking," a weekly public affairs show that airs on The Hill's YouTube and Fast channels. I am a regular contributor on The Hill’s sister cable network NewsNation and I frequently appear on CNN, Fox News, and MSNBC to discuss the political news of the day. I also have a weekly segment on KTLA in Los Angeles, which is owned by The Hill's parent company Nexstar Media Group, called "Upfront with The Hill," where I detail the latest headlines out of Washington. Prior to joining The Hill in 2017, I worked as a digital producer at CNN Politics in Washington. I received my undergraduate degree in broadcasting at Ithaca College and my graduate degree in political science at American University.
