Former Obama adviser joins board of lobby firm

Jones left the White House in October 2010 after serving for nearly two years as national security adviser. He has his own consulting firm, Jones Group International, and is a fellow at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. 

Jones retired from the Marine Corps in 2007 after a distinguished 40-year career that included service as commander, United States European Command, and supreme allied commander Europe.
