America’s Economic Recovery
Twenty months into the pandemic the nation’s economic revival is a study in contrasts. Rising consumer prices, product shortages and labor inconsistencies are rattling the recovery while at the same time more than four million jobs have been created this year alone, the stock market is setting new records and wages are rising.
How are consumers navigating the new normal as we seek a return to economic health? What is the growth forecast for next year and what does a sustained recovery mean for big and small businesses?
The Hill will bring together members of Congress, labor experts and economists for a discussion on the new economic landscape and the changing labor force.
