AOL to open Washington lobbying office
Jefferson will report to AOL executive vice president and general counsel Ira Parker.
“As a stand-alone company, AOL has an opportunity to directly advocate for a fair business environment that preserves our ability to innovate and grow,” Parker said in a press release.
It should be no surprise that AOL would open a Washington office, since its roots are in nearby Dulles, Va.
