Book says Obama was peeved by reporters: ‘Motherf——,’ I don’t ‘want to talk to you’

In an upcoming book, former President Obama is quoted cursing about reporters when discussing how some of them saw him as “aloof.”

“Motherf——, I’m aloof with you because I don’t want to talk to you,” Obama said to an unnamed presidential candidate in the 2020 Democratic primary, Business Insider reported Thursday, citing “Battle for the Soul: Inside the Democrats’ Campaigns to Defeat Trump,” by journalist Edward-Isaac Dovere of The Atlantic.

The discussion reportedly occurred when Obama met with Democratic candidates during the primary season.

Dovere, who previously reported for Politico, also quotes Obama as referring to former President Trump as a “madman” and a “racist, sexist pig.”

He also called Trump “that f—— lunatic” and a “corrupt motherf—–,” according to the book published by Penguin Random House.
