UPDATED Grassley encourages Blue Dogs to keep barking at ‘Pelosie’ on health bill

Senate Finance Committee Ranking Member Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) urged Blue Dog Democrats in the House to “Keep barkin” at House Speaker Nancy “Pelosie” (D-Calif.) to stop “Gov takeovr of “healthCare.”

Grassley, who is a profilic Twitterer, tweeted on Friday:

The Finance Committee’s pointman on healthcare reform seemed encouraged by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) and Pelosi’s twin announcements that passage of healthcare reform would be delayed in both chambers until after the August recess.

The Finance Committee has reached an impasse in their quest to reach a bipartisan solution on financing the costly legislation.

UPDATED [4:57PM]: Grassley appeared to harden his opposition to the current health reform bill, calling it “ObamaCare.” He tweeted Friday afternoon:
