McCaskill to colleagues: Get on Twitter!
Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) tweeted some career advice for other lawmakers today:
Twitter is great. So many can weigh in. Quickly and easily. Wish more of my colleagues used this short cut to get people’s views on issues.
Many members of Congress have used the microblogging site to issue releases, discuss legislation, ask constituents for input, answer journalists’ questions via “Twitterview,” or just muse.
