GAO on Twitter
Twitter Room reported last Wedneday that the U.S. House cafeterias set up a Twitter account. Now it appears a different type of government agency has a Twitter of its own.
The General Accountability Office has been tweeting links to reports it issues on various government agencies. It’s bio boasts that it is “known as ‘the investigative arm of Congress’ and ‘the congressional watchdog.'”
The office made it’s first tweets months ago but not many people have noticed; it only has 413 followers as of this posting.
