Does Chaffetz want to get reelected?
Everyone knows political candidates often use missed votes as a line of attack against their opponents. Freshman Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) has not appeared to have received the memo from his colleagues.
He tweeted:
Missed my first vote. Darn. I was meeting with Leader Boehner in his office and missed the close of the vote by seconds.
If Chaffetz continues at this clip, he might be one-and-done when it comes to his time in the House.
