Kent hearings move forward
Updates on the Senate hearings regarding the impeachment of U.S. District Judge Samuel B. Kent continue to trickle in via Twitter.
Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) tweeted:
Been asked to chair fact finding committee on impeachment of Judge Kent from Texas.This will be interesting. Constitution in action.
Twitter Room reported earlier today that the Senate would eventually hold evidentiary hearings on the impeachment. It appears as if they are about to reach this stage in the proceedings.
