President Trump said in a new interview that he is “very disappointed” with the FBI’s recent arrest of his longtime confidant, Roger Stone, and that he was thinking about asking the bureau to review its use of force policies.

Trump told The Daily Caller that he was “speaking for a lot of people that were very disappointed to see that go down that way.”

{mosads}”To see it happen where it was on camera, on top of it,” he added. “That was a very, very disappointing scene.”

Armed FBI agents arrested Stone last Friday during a pre-dawn raid at his home in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Stone was indicted on seven counts as part of special counsel Robert Mueller‘s probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election, an investigation Trump has claimed is a “witch hunt.”

Some conservatives have criticized the manner in which the FBI carried out the arrest of Stone, arguing that the armed raid wasn’t necessary.

“I thought it was very unusual,” Trump told The Daily Caller. “You know, I’ve stayed out of that whole situation because there was no collusion whatsoever. There was no nothing done wrong.”

Trump also said that he plans to “think about” asking the FBI to review its use of force policies.

“I think it’s a good question for you to ask, and it’s something I’ll think about,” he said.
