Listen: States face challenges under Trump’s tax law

Republicans in Washington celebrated earlier this month when President Trump signed the most significant overhaul to the nation’s tax code in more than a generation. For Congress and the president, their work is done.

But in states across the country, the job is just beginning. Because most states make their tax codes conform to the federal code, state legislators tell The Hill they anticipate serious work ahead in legislative sessions this year.
