Huckabee: Clinton will tap ‘Filipino maid’ to run CIA

Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee said late Tuesday night that if Democrat Hillary Clinton wins the presidential election, she will appoint her “Filipino maid” to run the CIA.

“If HRC wins she will appoint her Filipino maid to head CIA,” Huckabee, a supporter of Republican nominee Donald Trump, tweeted as Election Day results trickled in. “She already has access to all the secrets anyway. No need to train her.”

The comment appears to be a reference to a New York Post report that claimed Clinton would have her maid, Marina Santos, print out emails for her, including messages that contained classified information.

Huckabee’s tweet was quickly criticized on social media as being racist.
