Pence tosses baseball to reporters, says he’s rooting for Cubs
Mike Pence is rooting for the Chicago Cubs.
A reporter on the GOP vice presidential nominee’s plane rolled a baseball up to Pence on Tuesday, asking which team the Indiana governor would be supporting in the World Series.
{mosads}”Governor, rooting for the Cubs or the team from OHIO?” read text on the baseball.
Pence, Donald Trump’s running mate, tossed the baseball to the back of the plane after writing his answer.
“Two great teams — It’s gonna be a great World series…..” Pence wrote.
“Go Cubs go!” he added.
