GOP Senate candidate reverses on Trump in debate
Darryl Glenn, a Republican candidate for Senate in Colorado, reversed his position on Donald Trump after the GOP presidential nominee apologized for his lewd remarks about women.
{mosads}During a debate Tuesday night with Sen. Michael Bennet (D), Glenn said that as a man of faith, he is willing to give Trump another chance.

Other top Republicans have denounced Trump, though Sen. Deb Fischer (R-Neb.) also walked back her condemnation of Trump on Tuesday.
Trump has publicly apologized for his lewd remarks toward women, which were revealed in published audio from 2005 by The Washington Post, but said that his words do not compare to actions of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and her husband.
In a video that surfaced late Friday, Trump was heard boasting about forcibly kissing women and groping their genitals to former “Access Hollywood” host Billy Bush.
