GOP rep heckled at Ryan fundraiser
Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-Wis.) was heckled Saturday by supporters of Donald Trump while introducing Speaker Paul Ryan at a Republican Party fundraiser in Wisconsin.
{mosads}“Listen to me please,” Sensenbrenner said while being shouted at by audience members. “Be respectful.”
“Clean up your act, OK?” Sensenbrenner added.
The Trump supporters appeared to be incensed by the fact that Trump and his running mate Mike Pence had pulled out of the event in the wake of a 2005 video surfacing of Trump making lewd comments about women.
Ryan reportedly rescinded the invitation from Trump, who said that Pence would then go in his stead until Pence opted out.
