Tetra Tech has named Nilmini Rubin as its vice president for international development with the goal of expanding the company’s power sector business. Most recently, Rubin worked as a senior adviser to the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
 
Julie Bauer has joined the Options Clearing Corporation as a senior vice president of government relations. Prior to that, she worked at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
 
{mosads}Katie Thomson, who served as general counsel at the Department of Transportation and chief counsel at the Federal Aviation Administration, has been named the head of Morrison Foerster’s transportation group.
 
Dave Ramey, longtime chief of staff to Rep. Ken Calvert (R-Calif.), will leave Capitol Hill to serve as a principal at Kadesh & Associates. Ramey has been a staffer in the House for almost 32 years, including 24 years with Calvert.
 
The business technology company Infosys brought on Anurag Varma to serve as the vice president of government affairs, based in the Indian company’s Silicon Valley office. Most recently, Varma worked at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. He also served as a lead U.S. policy counsel for the U.S.-India Business Council.
 
Rokk Solutions announced three new recent hires: Katy Summerlin, Ryan Hughes and Carrie Giddins Pergram. Summerlin, who will serve as an account manager, previously worked as a communications director for Rep. Doug Collins (R-Ga.). Hughes joins from Shirley & Banister Public Affairs and will also work as an account manager. Pergram, former communications director for the Iowa Democratic Party, will be a senior counselor to the firm, focusing on messaging and media training.

Brad Mollet has been named a senior vice president for federal relations at Strategies 360. He comes from the lobby firm Capitol Counsel. While in the public sector, he served in the offices of former Reps. Betsy Markey (D-Colo.) and Jim Matheson (D-Utah).
 
Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck named Brian McKeon a senior policy adviser in its Washington office. Most recently, McKeon served as the legislative director and acting chief of staff for Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.). He has also worked for Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.).
