Trump tweets: Both candidates ‘should release detailed medical records’

Amid swirling and unfounded rumors about Hillary Clinton’s health, Donald Trump tweeted Sunday night: “I think that both candidates, Crooked Hillary and myself, should release detailed medical records. I have no problem in doing so! Hillary?”

{mosads}Earlier this week, Trump’s longtime doctor said he spent five minutes writing a letter last year that claimed Trump, now the Republican presidential nominee, would be the healthiest president ever elected, according to an NBC report.

Rumors about Clinton’s health have been plastered on conservative websites, including Breitbart News, the site whose executive editor recently joined Trump’s campaign as its CEO.

Clinton, the Democratic nominee, has hit back against the attacks, connecting them to a series of conspiracy theories touted by Trump’s supporters. Trump regularly questions whether she has the “mental and physical stamina” to be president.
