{mosads}In a New York Times Magazine interview published Wednesday, Trump was asked about the most dangerous place he’s visited. Initially, he jokingly responded, saying “Brooklyn.”
“No, there are places in America that are among the most dangerous in the world. You go to places like Oakland. Or Ferguson,” Trump said.
“The crime numbers are worse. Seriously.”
In 2009, Oscar Grant was fatally shot by a transit police officer in Oakland.
In 2014, a local police officer in Ferguson, Mo., shot and killed 18-year-old Michael Brown, an incident that sparked civil unrest in the city.
