Donald Trump and Univision have reached a legal settlement ending their fight over last year’s “Miss Universe” beauty pageant.

The terms of the settlement between the GOP presidential hopeful and Spanish-language TV network are confidential, according to a joint statement  Thursday.

{mosads}“I have known Univision’s president and CEO, Randy Falco, for more than 20 years and I’m glad we are able to put these differences behind us,” Trump said.

“I have known Donald Trump for many years in both a personal and a professional capacity and we are pleased to settle this matter and move forward,” Falco added.

Thursday’s resolution ends months of contentious litigation that began last year.

Trump sued Univision for $500 million after it backed out of its contract to air the billionaire’s “Miss Universe” contest. The network refused to host the contest after Trump said most illegal immigrants from Mexico brought drugs and crime to the U.S.

Univision cut ties with Trump after the speech, sparking a public feud with the real estate tycoon.

Trump struck back, ejecting Univision anchor Jorge Ramos from one of his press conferences late last August. He also banned the channel’s reporters from covering a Florida event in the fall.

Univision wasn’t the only business to cut ties with Trump after his remarks. Macy’s decided to pull Trump-branded clothing from its stores. Trump retaliated by calling for a boycott of Macy’s.
