Senate Dems’ campaign arm tops Republicans’ in November fundraising
The Senate Democrats’ campaign arm outpaced its Republican counterpart by $1.6 million in November, according to figures provided by the groups, but lags behind in cash on hand.
{mosads}The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) raised $4.4 million in November, outraising the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), which hauled in nearly $2.8 million.
“Heading into 2016, we are positioned to have the resources and strong campaigns we need to win back the majority and once again have a Senate that works for middle-class families,” DSCC executive director Tom Lopach said.
The NRSC has a slight cash advantage with about $11.3 million cash on hand, however, compared to the DSCC’s $10.1 million.
The NRSC also has no debt, while the DSCC reported a debt of $5.1 million.
