Boehner swears in Clark
Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) on Thursday swore in the newest member of the House, Rep. Katherine Clark (D-Mass.), who won former Rep. Ed Markey’s seat this week.
{mosads}Clark was joined by her Democratic Massachusetts colleagues on the House floor, and said after her quick swearing-in that she hopes both sides can work together on the difficult issues ahead.
Clark also acknowledged Sen. Markey, who joined members of the House for her swearing-in.
