Late night-smash: ObamaCare’s ‘trick or treatment’

Late night host Jay Leno had no shortage of healthcare horror story jokes on Wednesday as he continued to blast President Obama for the ongoing glitches with HealthCare.gov.

{mosads}”You know where it’s really trick-or-treat time? The White House,” Leno said. “President Obama tricked us into thinking we’d be able to afford treatment. You see, it’s trick or treatment.”

The host of NBC’s “The Tonight Show” continued to rain on the healthcare rollout, arguing that Democrats and Republicans are acting like scam artists trying to lure and deter people from switching coverage.

“What is it about selling health insurance that makes people liars,” Leno joked.

Leno then touched on Wednesday’s hearings where Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius testified about the issues before Congress.

Leno noted how lawmakers made comparisons between the health insurance rollout and “The Wizard of Oz.” The late night host took the comparison further saying Congress itself was like the cinematic classic.

“The Republicans have no heart; the Democrats have no courage; and the people who run the ObamaCare website have no brains!”
