Former EPA official joins law and lobby firm Hogan Lovells
Kushner worked for the EPA in other positions, including as director of the air enforcement division. Before that, he served the Justice Department as a trial attorney and as senior counsel in the environmental enforcement section.
“With his many years in high-profile national leadership positions at EPA and his background in nearly all aspects of environmental regulation and litigation, Adam Kushner is uniquely qualified to understand the agency and the evolving regulatory landscape,” said Jeanne Archibald, a Hogan Lovells group leader, in a statement.
