President Trump will headline a fundraiser in March at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Fla., to make up for the missed event celebrating his first year in office during last month’s government shutdown.

FloridaPolitics.com was the first outlet to obtain an invitation to the event.

The Palm Beach Post cited a Republican National Committee (RNC) email saying the event will take place on March 2-4, and Trump will be the keynote speaker. The event is hosted by the RNC and Trump’s reelection campaign. {mosads}

The fundraiser comes amid the RNC’s spring retreat, which will bring in 200-300 donors, according to the newspaper.

The reception at Mar-a-Lago costs $2,700 to attend, while a reception and two seats at a dinner with the president will cost $25,000.

Trump was forced to miss the fundraiser last month after the government shut down for three days when Republicans and Democrats could not reach an agreement on a spending measure.

The event was instead headlined by the president’s son Eric Trump, his wife Lara Trump and RNC chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel.

The fundraiser brought in roughly $5 million for the RNC and Trump’s reelection campaign.
