• East Central Kansas Public Health Coalition;

• New Orleans Health Department;

• Norwalk Health Department (Conn.);

• Plumas County Public Health Agency (Chester, Calif.);

• San Francisco Department of Public Health; and

• Thomas Jefferson Health District (Charlottesville area, Va.).
