Dictionary.com trolls Trump for misspelling ‘collusion’

The Twitter account for Dictionary.com mocked President Trump on Sunday after he misspelled “collusion” in a tweet calling for an end to the Russia probe.

Trump sent out a flurry of tweets Sunday morning lambasting the Justice Department for special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into possible ties between his campaign and Russia.

The president insisted that the investigation has found no “Collussion.”

“At what point does this soon to be $20,000,000 Witch Hunt, composed of 13 Angry and Heavily Conflicted Democrats and two people who have worked for Obama for 8 years, STOP! They have found no Collussion with Russia, No Obstruction, but they aren’t looking at the corruption,” Trump wrote.

Dictionary.com’s Twitter account took a jab at Trump’s tweet, saying the account had not found “collussion either.”

“We have not found collussion either,” Dictionary.com tweeted. “We did, however, find collusion. #ItsInTheDictionary.”

Trump has spent several days suggesting that an FBI informant was embedded within his campaign.

He has allegedwithout evidence, that the FBI spied on his campaign for political purposes in the run-up to the 2016 presidential election.

On Sunday, Trump said he will demand the Justice Department investigate those claims.

“I hereby demand, and will do so officially tomorrow, that the Department of Justice look into whether or not the FBI/DOJ infiltrated or surveilled the Trump Campaign for Political Purposes – and if any such demands or requests were made by people within the Obama Administration!” Trump tweeted.

The misspelling comes one day after the president tweeted another prominent misspelling that other Twitter users were quick to point out.

Trump misspelled first lady Melania Trump’s name in a tweet Saturday welcoming her back to the White House after a short bout recovering from a kidney procedure at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Md.

“Great to have our incredible First Lady back home in the White House. Melanie is feeling and doing really well,” Trump tweeted.

That tweet was quickly deleted and replaced with the same message, this time spelling the first lady’s name correctly.
