Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Tuesday said she is “thinking about” a presidential bid.

Clinton said she would “continue to think about it for a while” because she is enjoying doing ordinary life at the moment.

{mosads}”The hard questions aren’t ‘are you going to be president? Can you win?’ ” she said, according to reports. “I mean, the hard questions are … ‘why would you want to do this?’ And … ‘what can you offer that could make a difference?’ “

The former secretary of State is seen a likely candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination and the frontrunner in most polls if she decides to enter the race. She has previously said she will make her decision later this year.

During her remarks in San Francisco, Clinton also said Russian President Vladimir Putin would not be satisfied with Russia’s annexation of Crimea.

Clinton said Putin “will go as far as he can go unless he is contained. I don’t believe Putin will be satisfied with Crimea.”

Her comments came at a marketing industry conference as pro-Russia protests in the eastern part of Ukraine were ongoing Tuesday.

The United States has condemned the protest as the transparent work of Russia attempting to provoke a response. During testimony in front of a Senate panel, Secretary of State John Kerry said the protests could simply be a pretext for Russia to invade the region, similar to its action in Crimea last month.

Clinton has spoken out a number of times against Putin’s action in Crimea. She reiterated a point she has made before that the Russia leader is a “tough guy with thin skin.”

In the past, she has said Russia’s pretext for invading Crimea in order to protect ethnic Russians was similar to arguments made by Germany in World War II.
