Adult-film actress Stormy Daniels is offering to return the $130,000 she received as part of a nondisclosure agreement related to an alleged affair with President Trump in exchange for freedom to speak about the experience, The New York Times reported Monday.

Daniels’s lawyer, Michael Avenatti, wrote a letter to Michael Cohen, President Trump’s longtime personal lawyer, explaining that Daniels would wire money into an account of Trump’s choosing. In return, the nondisclosure agreement between Trump and Daniels would then be void.

Cohen has until noon on Tuesday to respond to the offer, according to the letter.

{mosads}Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, alleges she had an affair with Trump more than a decade ago. Cohen acknowledged he paid Daniels $130,000 just before the 2016 presidential election, but denied the payment violated campaign finance laws.

Daniels has since filed a lawsuit alleging the nondisclosure agreement is invalid because Trump never signed it. She recently recorded an interview with “60 Minutes,” but Trump’s lawyers are reportedly trying to stop it from airing.

Avenatti’s proposal to Cohen requires the signatures of “all parties,” including the president, The New York Times reported.

The offer also calls on Cohen and Trump to agree not to block Daniels’s interview with “60 Minutes.”

The White House and Cohen have denied the affair ever took place.

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said during a briefing last week that, to the best of her knowledge, Trump was unaware of Cohen’s reported $130,000 payment to Daniels.
