Lindsey Graham heading to Iowa
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) is headed to Iowa as he weighs a presidential run.
The Washington Post reported he will be in the state next week to meet with activists and other party figures.
{mosads}It will be his first visit to the crucial early caucus state since he campaigned for Sen. Joni Ernst (R-Iowa) last year.
Graham launched a political committee last month to help him “test the waters” for a White House bid.
If he runs, he will likely base his campaign on his long-held interest in foreign policy. He has expressed a particular interest in making the fight against Islamic extremism a bigger issue.
