Rand Paul endorses ‘entropy’ on April Fools’ Day

Francis Rivera

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) on Friday acknowledged that his April Fools’ Day “endorsement announcement” was a joke, throwing his support behind “entropy.”

“Yes Twitter, I am just celebrating #AprilFools #endorsingentropy,” Paul tweeted.

{mosads}Paul teased a “major” and “YUGE” endorsement Thursday, implying he would be endorsing in the Republican presidential race.

He has said since dropping out of the race in early February that he would not endorse until the GOP primary is over. His office confirmed earlier this week that he still intends to wait until then.

Paul has pledged he’ll support the eventual GOP nominee, whether it’s Donald Trump, Ted Cruz or John Kasich, the three remaining candidates.
