President Trump is the most-watched man in the world, and everything he does is under the microscope.
The latest example comes from Brussels, where Trump is meeting with other NATO heads of state.
This video is getting attention today. It shows Trump grabbing the arm of Montenegro Prime Minister Dusko Markovic as he moves toward the front of a group of leaders.
{mosads}Markovic’s facial expressions suggest he didn’t feel like he was getting shoved aside, but people online are giving the video the full Zapruder effect.
