Priebus: ‘I don’t know if anyone cares’ about Trump’s taxes

Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus says he’s not sure it will matter if Donald Trump releases his tax returns.

{mosads}“If he doesn’t release his tax returns, I don’t know if anyone cares or if it’s gonna have any effect,” Priebus said Friday on “Fox and Friends.”

“Certainly all of these other decisions he’s made have only helped him.”

Trump, the presumptive GOP presidential nominee, has come under fire for waffling on the release of his tax returns.

Reports emerged this week that Trump said he would not release them before the end of the election. He later backtracked, vowing to release them as soon as he is done being audited.
